# ST Huayi: The judicial auction of 40 million shares by the controlling shareholder has been completed, with uncertain results

ST Huayi announced that the 40 million shares of the company held by its controlling shareholder and actual controller Wang Zhongjun were publicly auctioned on the JD Network Judicial Auction Platform from 10:00 on June 22 to 10:00 on June 23, with a transaction amount of 66 million yuan. The bidder is Jiangxi Ruijing Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. This auction still requires the payment of the remaining amount, court ruling, and transfer of equity, making the result uncertain. If the total of 68 million shares held by Wang Zhongjun is successfully auctioned and transferred, the company's actual controller and its concerted parties will reduce their shareholding to 5.41%, remaining the largest shareholder, but there is a risk of unstable control
