# China State Construction Development Sets Three-Year Connected Leasing Framework

China State Construction Development Holdings Limited ( (HK:0830) ) has issued an announcement.

China State Construction Development Holdings has entered into a three-year leasing framework agreement with its controlling shareholder, China State Construction International Holdings, allowing the group to lease properties from CSC and its associated companies from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029, subject to specified leasing caps. The arrangement is structured as a continuing connected transaction under Hong Kong listing rules, will be aggregated with a similar leasing framework previously signed with another connected party, and will require ongoing reporting and annual review while remaining exempt from independent shareholders’ approval, signalling a formalised yet regulated approach to intra-group property use.

The company emphasised that these leasing deals will be conducted in the ordinary course of business, on a non-exclusive basis, and within the approved caps, with minor variable rents and fees treated as de minimis and fully exempt from Chapter 14A requirements. This framework provides operational flexibility for securing needed premises while ensuring compliance with connected transaction rules, giving investors clearer visibility on related-party dealings and their scale over the next three financial years.
