Shaanxi Micron Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Micron Pharma", stock code: "02335") will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange tomorrow.

Micron Pharma's issue price is HKD 18.2, with a global offering of 58.0544 million shares, raising HKD 1.056 billion.

The cornerstone investors of Micron Pharma are Qiyuan Hong Kong, Genting New Vision, and Shunming Capital, raising a total of HKD 449 million; among them, Qiyuan Hong Kong subscribed for HKD 341 million, Genting New Vision subscribed for HKD 100 million, and Shunming Capital subscribed for HKD 7.83 million.

Micron Pharma's dark market surged over 90% today; as of now, the company's market value is approximately HKD 11.7 billion.

The prospectus shows that Micron Pharma's other income for 2024 and 2025 is expected to be HKD 4 million and HKD 2.39 million, respectively; the losses during the period are expected to be HKD 157 million and HKD 185 million, respectively.

After the IPO, Wang Bing holds 33.46% of the shares, Dr. Wang Mei holds 5.45%, and Xi'an Zhongrui holds 4.52%, controlling a total of 43.43% of the company's equity.

Junying Growth holds 1.2%, the listing reserve fund holds 1.09%, Junying Jiacheng holds 0.61%, Xi'an Huiyu holds 0.27%, Shaanxi Innovation Relay holds 1.25%, Shaanxi Jinguang holds 0.94%, New Materials Fund holds 1.81%, and the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government controls a total of 7.18% of the company's equity.

Suzhou Mainu holds 8.24%, Yuezhuo holds 5.35%, Linhai Qize holds 4.34%, Huaxin Medical Venture Capital holds 2.34%, Suzhou Rongsheng holds 2.06%, Xi'an Tongshang holds 1.79%, Fengchuan Hongbo holds 1.54%, Jingcheng Daxing holds 1.53%, and Tangxing Kexin holds 1.44% Shan Jin Run Ji holds 1.19%, Hainan Wan Feng holds 0.41%, Yin Yun He Man, Hangzhou Quan De Wang, and Hainan Rui Zheng hold 0.27% respectively, Mai Cheng Century holds 0.47%, Jinan Liu Ju holds 0.38%, and public shareholders hold 17.5%.
