According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SG GROUP HLDGS (01657) has appointed Qingtian Capital Limited (a licensed corporation authorized to conduct regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance for Type 6 (advising on corporate finance)) as an independent financial advisor to provide advice to the independent board committee and independent shareholders regarding the offer, and this appointment has been approved by the independent board committee in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code
