# Brainhole Technology Reshapes Investment Portfolio With Discloseable Trades in Marvell, AOI and Jiaxin

Brainhole Technology Limited ( (HK:2203) ) just unveiled an update.

Brainhole Technology Limited has rebalanced its securities portfolio with a series of trades in Marvell, AOI and Jiaxin shares executed on 24 June 2026. The company sold 4,210 Marvell shares for about US$1.2 million and further disposed of 6,300 AOI shares for approximately US$1.0 million, while increasing its stake in Jiaxin by acquiring 158,400 shares for around HK$11.0 million.

These transactions, together with previous trades in AOI and Jiaxin within the past 12 months, reached aggregated considerations of roughly US$2.9 million for AOI and HK$16.0 million for Jiaxin, crossing the 5% disclosure threshold but remaining below 25% under Hong Kong listing rules. As a result, each of the disposals and the further acquisition is classified as a discloseable transaction, underscoring the scale of Brainhole’s active portfolio management and its regulatory reporting obligations to shareholders.
