C Zhenbao said on an investor interaction platform that its main business covers semiconductor equipment components made from silicon, quartz, silicon carbide and alumina ceramics, which can be used in plasma etching and thin-film deposition tools for advanced memory and logic chip production lines, according to 36Kr. The company said it has achieved stable mass supply to foreign wafer fabs including SK hynix, and has established business cooperation with Micron Semiconductor and other international manufacturers, but these partnerships have not yet generated scaled sales.
