# Two battery swap stations under CATL in Hong Kong have been put into operation, and the first batch of battery-swapped taxis has been delivered

According to reports from local media on the 25th, CATL (03750)(Shenzhen: 300750) has announced that its Chocolate Battery Swap has currently launched two battery swap stations in Hong Kong, and the first batch of battery-swapped taxis has officially been delivered.

The report also stated that Chocolate Battery Swap expects to establish 36 battery swap stations across Hong Kong by the end of 2030, covering major core hubs in various districts. As of May this year, there are 1,650 Chocolate Battery Swap stations nationwide in China, covering 127 cities. According to the plan, by the end of 2026, the number of Chocolate Battery Swap stations will exceed 3,000, covering nearly 190 cities nationwide. Currently, the number of stations in several core cities, including Chongqing, Guangzhou, and Beijing, has exceeded 50. (rh)
