Ganfeng Lithium announced that the company provides a joint liability guarantee limit of 20 billion yuan to its subsidiaries, with a guarantee limit of 8 billion yuan among subsidiaries; it provides a guarantee of no more than 4.35 billion yuan to the joint venture company Shenzhen Yichu and its subsidiaries. As of the announcement date, the actual guarantee balance for the company's controlling subsidiaries is 13.357 billion yuan, and the actual guarantee balance for Shenzhen Yichu and its subsidiaries is 4.08 billion yuan. The company's approved effective external guarantee limit does not exceed 35.650 billion yuan, accounting for 78.97% of the most recent audited net assets; the total external guarantee balance is 22.592 billion yuan, accounting for 50.04%
