# YONGTAI TECH.: Subsidiary signs electrolyte agreement with CATL, supplying 40,000 tons ±12% in 2029

YONGTAI TECH. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang YONGTAI New Energy Materials Co., Ltd., has signed a "Cooperation Agreement on Electrolyte Raw Materials" with CATL. The agreement stipulates that both parties will engage in the purchase and sale cooperation of electrolyte additives - Vinyl Carbonate (VC) during the validity period of the agreement. Party B commits to supply Party A with additional goods, apart from those required for the electrolyte, during the validity period of the agreement: 20,000 tons ±5% in 2027, 30,000 tons ±10% in 2028, and 40,000 tons ±12% in 2029. The validity period of the agreement is from June 1, 2026, to December 31, 2029.
