According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CATL (03750) announced that the public issuance of corporate bonds for technological innovation (Phase II) by CATL New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in 2026 meets the listing conditions of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and will be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange starting from June 26, 2026. The bonds will be traded among institutional investors within professional investors, with trading methods including matched transactions, click transactions, inquiry transactions, bidding transactions, and negotiated transactions. The total issuance amount of this bond is 2 billion yuan, with a coupon annual interest rate of 1.49%, and the bond is referred to as "26CATLK2"
