# XINJIANG COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION GROUP plans to establish a holding subsidiary to explore the engineering construction market

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Xinjiang Communications Construction Group (002941.SZ) plans to jointly invest with Yiwuxian Urban Construction Investment Management Co., Ltd. to establish a holding subsidiary named "XinJiaoJian (Hami) Construction Development Co., Ltd." (tentative name, referred to as "holding subsidiary"), to jointly explore the engineering construction market in Yiwuxian and surrounding areas. The registered capital of the holding subsidiary is 40 million yuan, of which the company will contribute 20.4 million yuan in its own funds, accounting for 51% of the registered capital
