# YUEXIU PROPERTY has been granted a revolving loan financing of HKD 550 million

According to the announcement from YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123), on June 25, 2026, the company (as the borrower) entered into a financing agreement with a bank (the lender), under which the lender will provide a revolving loan financing of HKD 550 million (or the equivalent in RMB) subject to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement, with a loan term of 364 days from the date of the financing agreement
