# ECOVACS's invested company SEER TECH is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ECOVACS (603486.SH) announced that its affiliated company Shanghai SEER TECH Co., Ltd. (referred to as "SEER TECH", stock code: 06106.HK) will be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 24, 2026. SEER TECH is offering a total of 10,497,300 shares globally, with the shares being ordinary shares (H shares) and an issue price of HKD 101.600 per share.

As of the announcement date, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary ECOVACS (Hainan) Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "ECOVACS (Hainan)") directly holds 6,446,709 shares of SEER TECH, accounting for 5.83% of its total share capital after issuance. The shares held by the company in SEER TECH will be locked for twelve months from the date of its listing
