# MERDEKAGOLD-DRS: The Hong Kong public offering was 4.42 times subscribed

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MERDEKAGOLD-DRS (06228) announced the allocation results, with the company issuing 89.6686 million depositary securities, of which 10% is for the Hong Kong public offering and 90% for the international offering. The issue price for each depositary security is HKD 26, raising approximately HKD 2.269 billion in net proceeds from the global offering. Each lot consists of 100 depositary securities, and the depositary securities are expected to begin trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 AM on June 26, 2026 (Friday).
