# VOYAH AUTO Controlling Shareholder Increases Stake by 49.9M+ H Shares in Aggregate

VOYAH AUTO (07489.HK) 0.000 (0.000%) announced that as of June 25, Dongfeng Motor (Hong Kong) International (DFHK), the subsidiary of Dongfeng Motor Corporation (the controlling shareholder of the Company) (DFM), has cumulatively increased its holdings by 49.916 million H shares of the company through the secondary market, representing approximately 1.36% of the company’s total issued shares.

Following the increase, DFM, Dongfeng Asset Management Co., Ltd., DFHK and Wuhan Woya Enterprise Management Consulting Enterprise L.P., being controlling shareholders of the Company, hold an aggregate of approximately 70.83% of the total issued shares of the Company.
