# China Logistics Data Tumbles Nearly 8% On Board Changes, Hits New Low

China Logistics Data (9698.HK) **tumbled** nearly **8%** during regular trading to **HK$27.92**, marking a new **52-week low** with turnover exceeding **HK$94 million**.

The company completed its annual general meeting on June 25, 2026, with **David Zhang** elected to replace outgoing director **Satoshi Okada**. Directors **Gary J. Wojtaszek** and **Kathy Chen** were re-elected.

Hong Kong technology index fell **1.63%** the previous day as Chinese stocks faced broad pressure. GDS ADR declined **6.3%** same day while the Hong Kong listing dropped around **4%**, continuing the weak trend today.
