# CFMEE: H shares listed and traded on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 26

According to the announcement from CFMEE (688630.SH), the total number of H shares for this global offering is 12,838,650 shares (before the exercise of the over-allotment option), of which 1,283,900 shares are for public offering in Hong Kong, accounting for approximately 10% of the total global offering (before the exercise of the over-allotment option); and 11,554,750 shares are for international offering, accounting for approximately 90% of the total global offering (before the exercise of the over-allotment option). Based on the offering price of HKD 252.73 per H share, after deducting the underwriting commissions, fees, and estimated expenses related to the global offering, the estimated net proceeds to be received by the company before the exercise of the over-allotment option is approximately HKD 3.153 billion.

Approved by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the 12,838,650 H shares (before the exercise of the over-allotment option) will be listed and traded on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 26, 2026. The Chinese abbreviated name for the company's H shares is "芯碁微装，" the English abbreviated name is "CFMEE," and the stock code is "9630."
