# LINGYI ITECH: H shares listed and traded

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LINGYI ITECH (002600.SZ) announced that the number of H shares to be globally issued is 812 million shares, of which 81.18132 million shares are for public offering in Hong Kong; 731 million shares are for international offering. Based on an issue price of HKD 10.18 per share, and after deducting the underwriting commissions and other valuation fees related to the global offering, the estimated net proceeds from the global offering that the company will receive is approximately HKD 8.1517 billion.

With the approval of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the 812 million H shares will be listed and traded on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 26, 2026. The Chinese abbreviation for the company's H shares is "领益智造，" and the English abbreviation is "LINGYI ITECH," with the stock code "01688."
