# CREALIGHTS: The Hong Kong public offering was subscribed 1,296.89 times

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CREALIGHTS (01191) announced the allocation results, with the company globally offering 13.4315 million H shares, of which 10% is for public offering in Hong Kong and 90% for international offering. The offer price per share is HKD 114, and the net proceeds from the global offering are approximately HKD 1.415 billion. Each lot consists of 50 H shares, and it is expected that H shares will begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 AM on June 29, 2026 (Monday).

Among them, the Hong Kong public offering was subscribed 1,296.89 times, and the international offering was subscribed 15.51 times
