Capricor Therapeutics (CAPR) shares fell approximately 12% after the FDA scheduled an advisory committee meeting for July 29 to review its Biologics License Application for Deramiocel, a Duchenne muscular dystrophy treatment. This follows a previous rejection in July 2025 and a resubmitted application accepted in March with a target action date of August 22.
