# Hong Kong stocks ADR generally rose compared to yesterday's closing price in Hong Kong, with Alibaba up nearly 4%

Hong Kong stocks American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) generally rose.

Technology and platform stocks performed better, with Alibaba and JD.com ADRs rising nearly 4% compared to yesterday's closing price in Hong Kong, while Meituan and Xiaomi rose over 1% to nearly 2%.

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing and AIA ADR rose nearly 1%. ICBC and CCB rose over 0.4% to nearly 0.8%.

HSBC ADR fell over 0.4%.
