Overview of A-share Stock Buybacks: 3 Companies Disclose Buyback Progress

According to Wind data, on June 29, three companies announced three stock repurchase-related developments. Among them, one company disclosed its stock repurchase plan for the first time, while two companies have completed their repurchase plans. From the first disclosure of the repurchase plan, one company had a repurchase plan amount exceeding 10 million yuan on that day. Kingsoft Office had the highest repurchase plan amount, intending to repurchase no more than 500 million yuan. From the completed repurchases, two companies had repurchase amounts exceeding 10 million yuan on that day. NGDC and Autowell completed the highest repurchase amounts, repurchasing 50.011 million yuan and 25.1116 million yuan, respectively. As of June 29, a total of 661 repurchase plans have been implemented this year, involving 545 companies, of which 168 companies have completed repurchase amounts exceeding 100 million yuan. Among them, BOE, CATL, and XCMG had the highest repurchase amounts, completing repurchases of 5.703 billion yuan, 4.386 billion yuan, and 3.071 billion yuan, respectively
