# 【New Stock Listing】BAIGE DIGITAL oversubscribed 241 times, drawing 200 lots can be stable, dark market surged 2.8 times

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 29th, BAIGE DIGITAL (02672) announced that the final offering price is HKD 15.6 per share. Approximately 45,000 people applied for the Hong Kong public offering, with an oversubscription of about 241.05 times. Among the 21,000 people who subscribed for one board lot of 200 shares, 2,103 people were allocated shares, with an allocation ratio of 10%. To secure one board lot, one must subscribe for 40,000 shares, which is 200 board lots. The group was listed on the stock exchange today at 9 AM, with the grey market closing at HKD 59.7, an increase of about 2.83 times from the offering price, resulting in a paper profit of HKD 8,820 for one board lot.

The group indicated that "top hammer fly" involves 1.6672 million shares, with 71 applicants each receiving 3,200 shares, resulting in an allocation ratio of 0.19%. The shares offered in the Hong Kong public offering account for 10% of the total shares offered, while the international offering was oversubscribed by 1.44 times. The group raised approximately HKD 520 million through the IPO. (wh)
