# Today, three new stocks debuted in the dark market with all closing higher. Baige Digital indicated a high concentration of equity

Today, three new stocks will be listed. Last Friday, the dark market closed high, with Baige Digital (02672) closing over 2.7 times higher, indicating a high concentration of company equity in the announcement of the share allocation results.

Baige Digital issued a warning in the announcement, indicating that due to the high concentration of equity among a small number of shareholders, even a small number of H shares traded may lead to significant price fluctuations. Shareholders and potential investors should exercise caution when buying and selling H shares.

The company's IPO was priced at HKD 15.6 per share for 33,344,400 H shares, which is equivalent to 10.4% of the total shares issued at listing. The public offering in Hong Kong was subscribed 242.05 times, with a 10% chance of winning one lot; the international placement was subscribed 2.44 times.

According to the Futu trading platform, Baige Digital closed at HKD 59.7 in the dark market last Friday, which is 2.83 times higher than the offering price; the dark market closing price on the Futu trading platform was HKD 58.1, which is 2.72 times higher than the offering price.

As for the other two new stocks listed today, both closed over 80% higher in the dark market last Friday. Among them, CREALIGHTS (01191) closed at HKD 205.6 on the Futu trading platform, which is 80.4% higher than the offering price of HKD 114; the dark market closing price on the Futu trading platform was HKD 213, also higher than the offering price by 86.8%.

CREALIGHTS' IPO was subscribed 1,296.89 times in the Hong Kong public offering, with a 4% chance of winning one lot; the international placement was subscribed 15.51 times

Also debuting today, ALEBUND Pharmaceuticals (09637) saw a subscription rate of 963.56 times for its Hong Kong shares, with a 6% chance of winning one lot; the international placement was subscribed 19.77 times. The stock was reported at HKD 43.88 on the Bright Trading platform, up 94.2% from the offering price of HKD 22.6; on the Futu Trading platform, it was reported at HKD 42.52, up 88.1% from the offering price
