As the company is subject to strict confidentiality obligations and has obtained a waiver from the Stock Exchange, it has not disclosed the actual consideration.

The company intends to fund the staged payments for the transaction through internal resources, bank loans, bond issuance and other financing instruments. CHINA EAST AIR expects that at least 10 A330CEO aircraft will be retired due to ageing during the delivery period of the new aircraft.
