# STOCKS | Fenghua Advanced Tech Says Nvidia Has Not Conducted Any Product Certification for the Company

Fenghua Advanced Tech said it had found recent media reports about its business to be inaccurate, including claims involving Nvidia product certification. According to Jin10, the company issued an abnormal trading announcement stating that its shares’ cumulative closing-price deviation reached 200% over 30 consecutive trading days. Fenghua Advanced Tech said it had noticed reports claiming the company had “suspended taking orders across the board” for 0402 and 0603 chip resistors and MLCC products. After verification, the company said the information was untrue. It said it temporarily deferred orders for some products to support certain digital system upgrades and product-structure adjustments, and later resumed taking orders. The company also said it had noticed reports claiming it was “the only domestic enterprise to have passed Nvidia’s full-series MLCC certification.” After verification, Fenghua Advanced Tech said the information was untrue and that, as of the announcement date, Nvidia had not conducted any product certification for the company.
