# NEXCHIPStarts IPO Today; Entry Fee HKD3,262.57; Net Proceeds HKD6.536B; 20 Cornerstone Investors Incl. CHERY AUTO, Hillhouse

Wafer foundry NEXCHIP (02249.HK), which is already listed on the STAR Market, announced details of its Hong Kong IPO. The company plans to offer 216 million H shares globally, with approximately 10% allocated to the Hong Kong public offering and about 90% to the international placing.

The offer price ranges from HKD30 to HKD32.3 per share. With a board lot size of 100 shares, the entry fee is approximately HKD3,262.57. The offer period runs from today (June 30) to next Tuesday (July 7), with listing expected next Friday (July 10). Based on the mid-point offer price of HKD31.15, net proceeds are estimated at approximately HKD6.536 billion. 

NEXCHIP (688249.SH) +0.080 (+0.135%) introduced 20 cornerstone investors for this H-share IPO, including SMARTSENS (688213.SH) +6.300 (+6.495%) , CHERY AUTO (09973.HK) -0.040 (-0.160%) Short selling $8.38M; Ratio 33.219% , GOERTEK (002241.SZ) +0.690 (+3.220%) , Taikang Life, GF Fund, and HHLR Advisors under Hillhouse, among others. They collectively subscribed to shares equivalent to approximately USD430 million.
