# DTECHStarts IPO Today; Entry Fee Near HKD38,400; Net Proceeds HKD4.665B; VGT, KINGBOARD HLDG Cornerstone Investors

PCB drill bit tool supplier DTECH (01377.HK) announced details of its Hong Kong IPO. The company plans to globally offer 12.632 million H shares, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for about 10% and the international placing accounting for about 90%.

The maximum offer price is HKD380 per share. With a board lot size of 100 shares, the entry fee is about HKD38,383.24. The IPO period starts today (June 30) and will close next Monday (July 6). The pricing date is expected to be July 7, while listing is expected next Thursday (July 9).

The IPO introduced 17 cornerstone investors, including VGT (02476.HK) +18.800 (+5.767%) Short selling $302.44M; Ratio 20.118% , HHLR ADVISORS, LTD. under Hillhouse Capital, ASPEX MASTER FUND, KINGBOARD HLDG (00148.HK) -1.200 (-1.000%) Short selling $321.69M; Ratio 4.899% 's Kingboard Investments, E Fund, and Taikang Life. They collectively subscribed for shares worth about USD254 million. 

Based on the maximum offer price of HKD380, net proceeds are estimated at about HKD4.665 billion.
