The New Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company with ISIN GB00B196F554. Following Admission, there are a total of 61,425,369 ordinary shares in issue, with 1,483,999 held in treasury. Following Admission there are total voting rights 59,941,370.
