# Unitil Completes Purchase of Two Water Companies in New Hampshire from the Aquarion Water Authority

On June 30, 2026, Unitil Corporation (NYSE:UTL) announced the completion of its acquisition of Aquarion Water Company of New Hampshire, Inc. and Abenaki Water Co., Inc. from the Aquarion Water Authority. The Stock Purchase Agreement was initially disclosed on May 6, 2025, and was later modified to only include the two Aquarion Companies.
