# Greenpro Capital Settles Litigation, Exits MFAI Investment

Greenpro Capital ( (GRNQ) ) just unveiled an update.

On June 24, 2026, Greenpro Capital Corp. entered into a confidential settlement agreement with Millennium Fine Art Inc., resolving all claims in a Nevada state court case and related arbitration tied to an alleged 2021 NFT-related contract. Under the settlement, subject to closing conditions, Greenpro will pay MFAI $100,000 and surrender 2,000,000 restricted Class B common shares, representing its entire equity interest of about 5% of MFAI’s issued shares and roughly 1% of its voting rights.

These shares were originally acquired on July 1, 2020 as consideration for Greenpro’s sale of its 4% stake in the 12.3-kilogram Millennium Sapphire, an asset in which MFAI holds full ownership. Following the exchange of the settlement consideration, the parties will dismiss the litigation and arbitration with prejudice, enter into mutual general releases, and the agreement specifies that its performance does not constitute an admission of liability; Greenpro’s board approved the settlement on June 15, 2026, and the move effectively terminates its investment relationship with MFAI while removing ongoing legal overhang.
