# trivago N.V. Announces Restoration of Trading in its ADRs on German Stock Exchanges

In Düsseldorf, Germany, on June 29, 2026, trivago N.V. (NASDAQ: TRVG) revealed that trading for its American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Open Market resumed on June 26, 2026. This came after Clearstream Europe AG, Germany's central securities depository, issued the necessary settlement declaration. The suspension of trivago ADRs on German stock exchanges was in line with the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's November 17, 2023, declaration about the quotation suspension in the Open Market. Clearstream had opted not to issue a new settlement declaration due to the ISIN change related to the ratio change in the Company's ADS program.
