# STOCKS | Hong Kong Chip Stocks Slide, Biren Technology Drops Over 18%

Hong Kong-listed chip stocks continued to fall in afternoon trading, led by sharp declines in several names. According to Jin10, Biren Technology (06082.HK) fell more than 18%, while GigaDevice Semiconductor (03986.HK) dropped more than 15%. SMIC (00981.HK), Innoscience (02577.HK), and Solomon Systech (02878.HK) also moved lower.
