Beingmate announced that the 42,013,900 shares of its controlling shareholder, Xiao Bei Da Mei Holdings, which were previously judicially frozen by the Intermediate People's Court of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, have been released from the judicial freeze on July 1, 2026, accounting for 31.68% of the total shares held by the company. As of the date of this announcement, all shares that were previously judicially frozen have been released
