# ZENERGY  Submits Filing Application for A-Share Listing Guidance

ZENERGY (03677.HK) +0.190 (+3.430%) Short selling $250.28K; Ratio 2.042% announced that it has decided to initiate a plan for the public issuance of RMB ordinary shares and listing on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The board of directors has resolved and approved the commencement of work related to the proposed A-share listing.

Currently, the company has signed a listing guidance agreement with Guotai Haitong and appointed Guotai Haitong as its listing guidance institution. It has also submitted a filing application for the proposed A-share listing guidance to relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
