# Peninsula Energy Director Increases Stake Through Equity Raising

Peninsula Energy ( (AU:PEN) ) has issued an update.

Peninsula Energy has disclosed a change in director Keith Bowes’ interests following his subscription to new shares under a recent equity raising. Bowes acquired 71,429 fully paid ordinary shares for A$25,000 through BT Portfolio Services, and now also holds 37,944 service rights exercisable on or before 30 November 2029.
