# DR Laser shareholders plan to inquire about the transfer of 2.69% of the company's shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DR Laser (300776.SZ) has released a shareholder inquiry transfer plan. The shareholders participating in the inquiry transfer before the company's initial public offering are Li Zhigang, Peng Xinbo, and Wuhan Suneng Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Transferors"). The total number of shares the Transferors intend to transfer is 7.682 million shares, accounting for 2.6932% of the company's total share capital
