# J.P. Morgan Keeps Their Hold Rating on Macerich (MAC)

In a report released yesterday, Michael Mueller from J.P. Morgan maintained a Hold rating on Macerich, with a price target of $26.00. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $25.46.

According to TipRanks, Mueller is an analyst with an average return of -1.2% and a 48.86% success rate. Mueller covers the Real Estate sector, focusing on stocks such as Macerich, Rexford Industrial Realty, and Simon Property.

In addition to J.P. Morgan, Macerich also received a Hold from Compass Point’s Kenneth Billingsley in a report issued on June 26. However, on June 24, Truist Financial maintained a Buy rating on Macerich (NYSE: MAC).
