# Reportedly Prices Luxshare ICT  IPO at Upper End of HKD63.28 Per Share

Apple Inc. (AAPL.US) supplier Luxshare ICT (02475.HK) closed its Hong Kong public offering at noon yesterday (6th). According to sources cited by Bloomberg, Luxshare ICT plans to price its shares at the upper end of HKD63.28 per share, and is expected to raise HKD24.3 billion. The pricing represents a discount of about 13% to the closing price of LUXSHARE PRECISION (002475.SZ) 0.000 (0.000%) A shares yesterday at RMB62.88.

In addition, market sources said the public offering is preliminarily expected to record an oversubscription of 3.81x, with around 47,000 subscribers.
