# M Stanley: KINGDEE INT'L  1H Revenue Growth Beats Expectations, Seen Meeting Full-Year Revenue Target

M Stanley issued a research report saying that KINGDEE INT'L (00268.HK) +0.650 (+10.252%) Short selling $32.67M; Ratio 21.574% 's revenue growth in 1H reached 13% to 14%, about 1 ppt higher than the broker's forecast of 12.4%, and above the 10% in 2024 and 12% in 2025.

M Stanley noted that KINGDEE INT'L's profit in 1H ranged from RMB40 million to RMB60 million, below the broker's expectation of RMB79 million, while margin expanded 5 ppts YoY. In addition, adjusted profit and operating cash flow both improved by about RMB150 million YoY. The broker believes KINGDEE INT'L will be able to achieve its full-year guidance targets of double-digit revenue growth and a normalized net margin of 7%.
