# Avation adjusts capital structure with buyback and warrant settlement

Avation ( (GB:AVAP) ) just unveiled an update.

Avation PLC has repurchased 15,000 ordinary shares at 137 pence per share, placing them into treasury under its approved share buyback programme, and has transferred 14,300 treasury shares to a former employee in settlement of warrant rights tied to 225,000 staff warrants that have now been cancelled. Following these transactions, Avation reports 61,425,369 ordinary shares in issue, of which 1,494,699 are held in treasury, resulting in total voting rights of 59,930,670, with the actions reflecting ongoing capital management under a shareholder-approved mandate to repurchase up to 25% of its issued share capital.
