In an Investigator-Sponsored Trial conducted by Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, it was found that 80% of participants receiving SER-155 attained a clinical response to diarrhea, which is a primary symptom of irEC, without the need for immunosuppressive treatment by Day 15.
