# AI Financial in Talks to Sell Core Business to Perpetuals.com for Up to $15 Million

AI Financial, a cryptocurrency company backed by the Trump family and formerly known as Alt5 Sigma (ticker: AIFC), is in discussions with blockchain technology company Perpetuals.com about selling its core business for up to $15 million. According to Odaily, the talks are ongoing and the terms have not been finalized, with the possibility that negotiations could change or collapse. The report said the potential sale would represent a reversal from about a year ago, when AI Financial acquired a small payments company for $750 million. It added that the deal has since resulted in losses for nearly everyone except the Trump family.
