Kaizhong Precision announced that its controlling shareholder Wu Ying has completed the share transfer plan pre-disclosed on April 16, 2026. On July 9, Wu Ying transferred 6,534,121 shares, accounting for 1.99% of the company's total share capital, to the concerted party Trust No. 12860 through a block trade, with an average transfer price of 12.43 yuan per share. After this transfer, Wu Ying's shareholding decreased to 16.04%, while Trust No. 12860 increased to 3.98%. The combined shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and its concerted parties remains unchanged, which does not affect the company's control
