# szclou plans to raise no more than 2.5 billion yuan through a private placement, fully subscribed by the controlling shareholder

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, szclou (002121.SZ) has announced a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets for the year 2026, with the target being Midea Group Co., Ltd. The target will subscribe to the shares being issued in cash. The total amount of funds raised from this issuance will not exceed RMB 2.5 billion (including this amount), and after deducting issuance costs, all funds will be used to repay interest-bearing debts and supplement working capital
