# Befar: 352 million H shares listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 10

Befar announced that the total number of H shares for this global offering is 352 million shares, of which 10% is for public offering in Hong Kong and 90% is for international offering. After deducting related expenses, the estimated net proceeds are approximately HKD 1.16 billion. The 352 million H shares will be listed and traded on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 10, 2026, with the Chinese abbreviated name for the H shares being "滨化股份". After the completion of this issuance and listing, the shareholding ratio of A-share shareholders will decrease to 85.38%, while H-share shareholders will account for 14.62%; the shareholding ratio of shareholders holding more than 5%, Binzhou and Yi Industrial Investment Partnership, will decrease to 9.90%
