# EquipmentShare.com (EQPT) Stock Rallies Thanks to a Guidance Update

EquipmentShare.com (EQPT) stock soared on Friday after the construction integrated solutions company announced updated guidance. The company raised its full-year 2026 financial guidance after reporting stronger-than-expected results through the first half of the year. The updated guidance includes higher revenue, rental segment revenue, adjusted core EBITDA, and equipment fleet growth than the company's prior forecast. Among this guidance is revenue of $5.25 billion to $5.68 billion, up from the company's earlier range of $5.15 billion to $5.58 billion.

EquipmentShare.com said solid customer demand, high fleet use, and steady execution gave it the confidence to lift its outlook. The company also said it expects about $2.6 billion in liquidity at the end of the second quarter, giving it room to invest in fleet growth, technology, and new rental locations while also funding the share buyback program. Additionally, EquipmentShare.com announced that its board approved a new share repurchase program that allows the company to buy back up to $500 million of its Class A common stock through the end of 2028.

EquipmentShare.com founder and CEO Jabbok Schlacks said customer demand continued to drive stronger financial results. He noted, "That demand is translating into stronger-than-expected financial performance across our business during the second quarter, giving us the confidence to raise our full-year outlook." Schlacks added that the new repurchase program reflects the board's confidence in EquipmentShare's long-term growth while preserving the flexibility to invest in its goal of reaching 700 rental locations and $20 billion in original equipment cost under management by 2030.

EquipmentShare.com stock was up 18.38% on Friday, but was still down 50.86% since the shares went public in January 2026.

EquipmentShare.com stock also experienced heavy trading activity following the guidance update. This resulted in some 2.5 million shares changing hands, compared to a three-month average daily trading volume of about 2.15 million shares.
