More specifically, Grok 4.5 achieved a 29% pass rate across roughly 2,000 workplace tasks, compared with 22% for GPT 5.5 and 21% for Claude Opus 4.8. Try Tradr's SPCM or SPCG The evaluation used Snorkel's GDPval+ dataset, which measures how well AI systems complete realistic work across the U.S. economy. Instead of answering simple questions, the models had to create actual professional documents like spreadsheets and presentations. The tasks were written by experts and covered areas such as law, healthcare, education, finance, construction, and quality assurance. Interestingly, Grok 4.5 performed especially well in fields that require deeper professional judgment. Its pass rate reached 40% for legal work, compared with 27%-28% for the other two models. It also led in education (58%), healthcare (35%), and quality assurance analysis (37%). Meanwhile, GPT 5.5 performed best in construction tasks, while Claude Opus 4.8 led in financial tasks. ## **How Each Model Failed** Snorkel also examined how each model failed. Grok 4.5 had the lowest error rate across all six categories tracked in the study. For example, missing domain analysis appeared in 40% of Grok's failed tasks, versus 51% to 52% for GPT and Claude. The difference was more visible in specific assignments. On one wage-and-hour legal task, Grok 4.5 was the only model that met all expert requirements.
