# YMTC IPO Tutoring Team Comprises 31 Members from CITIC Securities and China Securities

The official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) announced the first-phase listing tutoring status of YMTC. CITIC Securities and China Securities acted as the tutoring institutions, with a total of 31 members forming the tutoring task force. The tutoring period for this phase ran from May 19 to June 30.

During the tutoring period, the task force conducted tutoring work through various methods including on-site due diligence, organized centralized training sessions, and communication on special issues, in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements and the listing tutoring agreement, while incorporating the latest regulatory guidance.
