# "A-Share Focus" The State Council has in principle agreed to expand the consumption "14th Five-Year Plan," retail concepts are rising

According to the Economic Information Agency on the 14th, the retail concept fluctuated and rose in the early session, with ZBJT (Shenzhen: 000759) hitting the daily limit, DSL (Shanghai: 603233) rising nearly 6%, NHD (Shenzhen: 002946), Jiuaan Medical (Shenzhen: 002432), and Miaokelan Duo (Shanghai: 600882) rising over 4%, and Hongqi Lianhuo (Shenzhen: 002697) bouncing over 3%.

On the news front, the State Council approved the "14th Five-Year Plan for Expanding Consumption," clarifying the development ideas, key tasks, and policy measures for the consumption sector during the 14th Five-Year period. The goal is to continuously expand the overall scale of the consumer market by 2030, with the total retail sales of consumer goods reaching around 60 trillion yuan, further enhancing the driving effect of consumption on economic growth.
